PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer by the Contractor and is addressed to any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Client", using the website streamskill.pro.

Acceptance of this offer is recognized by the Client performing any of the following actions:

• registration on the website;
• topping up the balance;
• placing an order.

Acceptance signifies full and unconditional agreement with all terms of the offer. From the moment of acceptance, the contract is considered concluded.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Contractor provides the Client with services for promotion and increasing activity on streaming and other digital platforms, including but not limited to:

• increasing the number of online viewers;
• attracting subscribers (followers);
• increasing content views;
• launching and maintaining activity through chatbots.

The services are exclusively of a marketing nature.

The Contractor does NOT guarantee:

• generating income;
• organic audience growth;
• audience retention;
• compliance with platform algorithms and rules (Twitch, Kick, etc.);
• preservation of achieved metrics after service completion.

The Client confirms that they use the services voluntarily and accept all possible risks.

3. Service Delivery Procedure

3.1. The Client independently registers on the website.

3.2. To pay for services, the Client tops up their internal balance. The minimum top-up amount is determined by the Contractor and may change.

3.3. The order is formed by the Client independently, specifying:

• link to the channel/stream;
• selected service;
• volume and parameters.

3.4. Order execution begins automatically after funds are deducted.

3.5. Delivery timelines:

• may vary;
• are not fixed;
• depend on load, platforms, and technical conditions.

3.6. The Contractor reserves the right to:

• fulfill the order in parts;
• change the execution speed without notice;
• suspend execution if violations are suspected.

3.7. The cost of services is determined by the formula: volume × price × period (if applicable). Prices may change without notice. Already paid orders are not recalculated.

4. Special Conditions of Service Delivery

4.1. Services are provided using automated and software solutions.

4.2. The Contractor does not guarantee:

• uniform delivery;
• absence of metric fluctuations;
• absence of deductions by platforms.

4.3. The following is permissible:

• decrease in metrics after completion;
• temporary deviations from stated values.

4.4. Re-execution or compensation is possible only in cases of proven under-delivery of service due to the Contractor's fault.

5. Payment

5.1. Payment is made through the payment methods available on the website.

5.2. All payments are considered final and irrevocable after being credited to the balance.

5.3. The balance is an internal settlement tool and is not a bank account.

5.4. The Contractor is not responsible for payment system commissions.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Refunds for rendered services are NOT provided.

6.2. Refund of the remaining balance is possible only if all conditions are met:

• there are no orders (including completed ones);
• the balance has not been partially used;
• the request is sent to: streamskillpro@gmail.com.

6.3. The Contractor may refuse a refund in cases of:

• detected abuse attempts;
• suspected fraud;
• violation of the offer terms.

6.4. In case of a technical error, compensation is credited to the internal balance.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Contractor is not liable for:

• account blocks, sanctions, or restrictions;
• changes in platform algorithms;
• deletion or deduction of metrics.

7.2. All risks of using the services lie with the Client.

7.3. The Contractor does not guarantee the achievement of specific results.

7.4. The Contractor's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the last paid order.

8. Anti-Fraud and Service Protection

8.1. The Contractor reserves the right to:

• suspend order execution;
• block accounts;
• cancel operations without refund.

8.2. Grounds:

• suspicious activity;
• system bypass attempts;
• mass complaints;
• use of the service in violation of applicable law.

9. Personal Data

9.1. The Client agrees to the processing of personal data.

9.2. Processing is carried out exclusively for:

• provision of services;
• fulfillment of obligations;
• service improvement.

10. Termination of the Agreement

10.1. The Client may stop using the service by sending a request to: streamskillpro@gmail.com

10.2. The Contractor may terminate access without explanation.

11. Other Conditions

11.1. Applicable law governs this agreement.

11.2. The Contractor may amend the offer at any time.

11.3. The new version takes effect from the moment of publication.
